LATE FEE POLICY
LATE REGISTRATION FEES
There will be a $50.00 late fee if registering AFTER the deadline posted on the website for signing up for Flag or Tackle Football. This fee will be assessed at the time of signup.
EQUIPMENT FEES
It is important that all football equipment that was checked out to you at the beginning of the season be returned timely. Families will be financially responsible for the replacement cost of any equipment that is lost or not returned. We understand that pants could possibly have holes from normal wear and tear. The replacement costs are as follows:
Shoulder pads: $50
Practice Jersey: $15
Coaches Equipment: - footballs, first aid kits, tees/plugs, extra pants/jerseys, cones, flags (this equipment is your responsibility and you will be charged if not returned)
LATE / CLEANLINESS FEE
At the end of the season, please return the equipment during the equipment check-in times. Any equipment returned without being cleaned will be subject to a $25 cleaning fee. Equipment returned after the scheduled check-in times will incur a $25 late fee. No participation will be allowed for the next season until this late or cleaning fee is paid. We appreciate your cooperation in order to allow the volunteers to wrap up the season in a timely manner.
